Quality assurance

Our company's success and reputation are based on a commitment to professionalism and integrity in all aspects of our business. Our primary emphasis is quality and value. We guarantee the highest standards on all research studies. Quality Assurance is embedded in all aspects of our delivery processes.

Guiding tenets of quality

  • High Professional Standards: As a Gold Seal Certified member of MRIA, TNS Canada meets and exceeds its standards.
  • Customer Service with Integrity: Customer service is paramount at TNS Canada. Every attempt is made to deliver any request or requirement within a requested timeframe or budget with very high quality. We give a potentially negative response to a client under only two circumstances: the expected result is physically impossible for us to achieve or, in our opinion, it may be an unadvisable way to proceed. We consider the latter to be our professional obligation. Under either of these circumstances, the client is provided with options about what is possible within the desired timeframe or budget to maintain quality.
  • Customer-centricity: The voice of the customer focuses and directs our efforts.
  • Collaboration: Tight partnering with colleagues and clients results in the delivery of superior market information and consultation.
  • Accountability: clearly defined expectations result in individual ownership and innovation.
  • Continuous learning: Developing next generation leaders positions us for the future.
  • Measurement: Metrics drive effective change and accountability.
