TNS Canada is a full-service research company with all support services under its own exclusive control and supervision. Assisting Client Service in the process from questionnaire design through to the analysis of data are our sampling, printing, data collection, editing/coding, data entry, scanning, charting and computer analysis departments.
We embed quality assurance processes end to end
TNS Canada makes extensive use of monitoring and reporting systems. Data collection progress is monitored, reported and analyzed daily to ensure progress is on plan. Service delivery parameters of accuracy, delivery timeliness and other measures of internal customer satisfaction are monitored and reported. Internal customer satisfaction between departments is also tracked and reported. Quality of field staff performance is rigorously tracked, reported and assessed.
TNS Canada maintains a comprehensive 3-year Technology Plan to implement new systems and upgrade legacy systems to increase productivity and through-put. This includes state-of-the-art third party offerings, and internally developed custom software to automate and streamline processes.
